The Hawaii name change for an adult as described in the State Code 574-5 is done by filing a petition to the county's civil court where you are a resident. It is easier, if you were just married, to have your certified marriage license with the raised seal or if you were recently divorced to have your divorce decree. Typically, you will not have a court hearing in Colorado but it depends on the circumstances of the name change.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be a resident for at least 6 months
Original Birth Certificate
If just married, must have your original marriage certificate.
If just divorced, must have your divorce decree.
$50.00 Filing Fee.
Step 1 - You will have to fill in the Hawaii Name Change Petition, Hawaii Name Change Notice, and the Hawaii Fact Sheet completely and have notarized.

Step 2 - File the name change petition to the Lieutenant Governor's office at:

Honolulu, Hawaii 96813

Step 3 - Upon receiving your Hawaii name change notice back from the Lieutenant Governor's office, you will need to publish an ad in the newspaper for 1 day only. The newspaper can be any one that publishes in the area where you reside. You can do this by contacting the newspaper and sending them your Hawaii name change notice.

Step 4 - After the newspaper publishes the ad, you will be sent the newspaper publication affidavit. You will need to send this original form to the office of lieutenant governor as mentioned above.

Step 5 - Upon the lieutenant governor receiving the newspaper affidavit, you can be provided with the Hawaii Name Change Order. Upon receiving the order you will have to send the original (maintain a copy) to the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances along with $30.00. Your name change order from the State of Hawaii is the actual form you will use to change your name on your birth certificate, driver's license, passport, social security office, and any other public or private institution.

The Great Opah Fish - Japanese Street Food

The opah, the only known fully warm-blooded fish, is a valuable species for commercial and recreational fishermen. However, researchers do not have a full understanding of the basic biology and ecology of this species. NOAA's Southwest Fisheries Science Center began collecting biological samples from opah in 2009 and initiated an electronic tagging program in 2011. Scientists hope to continue tagging opah to learn about their movements and range. This research will provide the basic life history information necessary for future population assessments and management. NOAA Fisheries is also working with the seafood industry to help reduce waste during the processing of opah.

Not all fish are cold-blooded. In 2015, researchers with the NOAA Southwest Fisheries Science Center revealed the opah, or moonfish, as the first fully warm-blooded fish. Although not as warm as mammals and birds, the opah circulates heated blood throughout its body, giving it a competitive advantage in the cold ocean depths from 150 to 1,300 feet below the surface.

Its body temperature isn’t the only thing that makes this fish stand out from the rest in its environment. Most fish living in the dark and chilly depths rely on ambush to catch their prey, but the agile opah is fast and efficient, flapping its bright red pectoral fins to race through the water. The constant flapping of its fins heats the opah’s body, speeding its metabolism, movement, and reaction times.

About the same size as a large automobile tire, the opah is equipped with specialized blood vessels that carry warm blood to its gills to rewarm the blood that cools as the fish breathes and absorbs oxygen from the water. These heat-exchanging blood vessels minimize the loss of body heat to the opah’s cold environment, ensuring a warm core body temperature, increasing muscle output and swimming capacity, and boosting eye and brain function. The opah is also able to stay in deep water longer without risking reduced function to its heart and other organs because the fatty tissue surrounding its gills, heart, and muscle tissue acts as insulation against icy waters.

The opah is one of the most colorful of the commercial fish species, and is particularly popular in Hawaii. It is overall red with white spots and turns a silvery-grey when it dies. Its fins are crimson, and its large eyes are with gold. The fish’s large, round profile is thought to be the origin of its “moonfish” nickname. These combined characteristics certainly make this “warm-blooded fish” unique among the many wondrous creatures of the ocean.

El pájaro va recogiendo semillas que suman puntos. El objetivo, claro, es sumar el máximo número de puntos posibles. El nivel, bastante parecido a Flappy Bird. Splashy Fish sigue el mismo concepto que el resto, pero en vez de un pájaro en este el protagonista es un pez. Un pez volador que atraviesa columnas. A cada columna sumas un punto más y el nivel de dificultad, en este, es asumible. Otro clon de Flappy Birds. Fly Birdie es una de las peores imitaciones del juego. El pájaro tiene vidas y puedes comprar más. 3 vidas por 99 céntimos. Un buen negocio. La calidad a todos los niveles es bastante baja. La tipografía y los colores usados no son un acierto, pero lo peor es la animación de este pájaro que parece más muerto que vivo. Con Smarcle Flyer tengo un problema. No sé qué tipo de animal es. Vuela pero se impulsa cuatro patas… a parte de eso, el movimiento está bien conseguido, el juego es bastante fácil, quizás demasiado, y en el resto, poca novedad. Lástima de música, muy pesada. El protagonista de Bouncy Boo es un fantasma. Redondo, pesado y con una expresión bastante graciosa. El fondo de la aplicación está bien conseguido y la dificultad, media. Los efectos de sonido están bien y cuenta con una tabla de puntuación. Y acabamos con Iron Pants. Este es uno de mis favoritos. Básicamente, es imposible jugarlo. Pero me encanta la idea de un superhéroe con pantalones de hierro que intenta volar y cae como un peso muerto. Muy heroico. Ahora, y si os han convencido, k,descargaros alguna de estas aplicaciones antes de que sus desarrolladores decidan retirarlos.
